Job Vacancy

As we go into the summer and a quieter period for swimming generally we are looking for a new East Invicta General Secretary. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Wendy Vinson for the service and commitment she has given to East Invicta for the last 15 years.

 This is a committee position, a brief job description follows:

• Take minutes at all EI committee meetings – (5 per year plus AGM all happen by ZOOM)

• Send out agenda, minutes and notice of meetings

• Maintain East Invicta handbook – changes only happen at AGM

• Keep EI “About” page on website up to date

• Maintain records of club contacts for EI member clubs.
